Yes. Most roles don't require camera presence. Editing, writing, organising, design, social media — all exist. For on-camera roles, a point of view matters more than polish. We can teach the rest.
Depends on the role. Show leads own their vertical — that's significant. Operators (editors, camera, social) commit to their vertical's rhythm. We'll be clear about expectations before anything is agreed.
